-Basketball has been a major part of Lira Ndifon’s life since sixth grade, when the sport helped create friendships and a sense of community after moving to a new school district.

-Lira played basketball at Gunderson High School, continued at Foothill College, and later played at Sonoma State University, where an undergraduate degree in Human Development was earned.

-In addition to playing, Lira has coached AAU basketball for over eight years, training boys and girls ages 5 to 18, and also served as the assistant coach for the women’s basketball team at De Anza College during the 2016–2017 seasons.

-Through coaching and training, Lira’s mission is to inspire and motivate athletes to become not only physically strong on the court, but also mentally focused and equipped with life skills they can use in everyday life.

-Basketball has been a part of Quinton Rainey’s life since he was four years old. He played throughout elementary, middle, and high school, and currently plays club basketball at Sonoma State University.
